The Education & Employment Opportunity Assistance offered at Yellowstone Country Assistance Network is geared to reducing barriers to post-secondary education and to serve the community of Park County, Wyoming by building communities and changing lives. Funding is provided by the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grants-in-aid funds for permanent Park County Low-Income individuals who lack formal education and have no previous degree or marketable skills necessary to compete for or obtain employment.  We have assistance available to help with the following expenses that are not being paid by another return to work or education programs. **Please note this program does not pay off any debt associated with obtaining an education.  All assistance must be for current expenses.

Goal: Provide permanent Park County residents at or below 100% FPL with education assistance to reduce the barriers to post-secondary education.


Must be at or below 100% of HHS Federal Poverty Guidelines

Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary or certificate with no previous degree.

Not eligible for other financial assistance or vocational rehabilitation assistance.

Cannot be an employee or board member of Yellowstone Country Assistance Network.
